More details of the Tila Tequila sex tape have been revealed. Apparently the tape is somewhat old footage which was left on an Apple laptop that was stolen a couple of years ago (in 2007). So Tila has known it has been out in the public for quite a while!

The footage has been doing the rounds on the Internet and Tequila is busy trying to sue everyone involved with the sex tape.
Tila Tequila’s lawyer says: “A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip, I am currently in the process of sending a ‘cease and desist’ letter and a notice of intent to sue if it’s not removed.”
